OTR is a new & unique emerging band in the DMV. We hit the DMV scene in 2015. We play a wide variety of covers including R&B, classic rock, funk, neo soul, pop, progressive, smooth jazz, Latin, pop, gospel, blues, country, etc. We are seasoned musicians and vocalists. Some have toured nationally. Individual members have performed at The Tin Pan (Richmond, VA), Keystone Corner (Baltimore), City Winery Philadelphia, and more.
